Q: I've follow error messages

Merchandise dispatch cannot be created : (-5002) 

10000724 - Value in "Discount " field is greater than permitted ret=(-5002) 10000724 - Value in "Discount " field is greater than permitted 

A:

The message is sent by SAP B1. All documents created in SAP B1 have a discount percentage, even the ones that do not relate to sales or purchasing, including the issue and recipt of materials in work orders.

Please make sure that the user who is performing these transactions has 100% in the general discount in the standard SAP authorization screen
