B1UP 2017.0.7: Error in Exchange rates from provider (Banco central de Costa Rica)

The exchange rate provider Banco Central de Costa Rica, provides the wrong rates.

The issue is that when it should set how many CRC there goes to one US dollar it shows how many US dollars there go to 1 CRC.

The issue will be fixed in the B1UP version (2017.0.9) planned for release in September
