Error in item master data in Beas 9.2 (5.1) PL 5 for SQL

If you get the following error:

15:16:54 (**) (34zstrparm): wf_string2strparm: unknown str_parm-field: 00
Current Window: (program\Beasgui_sbo.psr) Function dw_master.t_init

What is the issue?

If the user tries to create a item master data  within the special character #, for example the item code is 6F3J3169#00 ,  he can save the data in SAP environment , but if he want to open /edit the master date in SAP/ Beas, he will get an error message which can be seen in the following screenshot:

Who can see it?

This error happens in Beas 9.2 (1.1) PL01 for SQL , 9.2 (5.1) PL 5 for SQL ,9.2 (5.2) PL 5 for HANA

Is there a workaround?

No

When will it be fixed?

Our development department is investigating this error and we will update this article as soon as we have news.
