1: If the trial has already been created you can look it up under Customers -> CRM for Outlook
1. Go to "Customers" -> "CRM for Outlook" (please note that only customers with CRM for Outlook installed - either a trial or in maintenance - will appear). Click "Continue".
Now, the customer will appear. Click "Create New User"
Enter mandatory information and click "Create".
An activation mail is sent to the new user.

2: If the trial has not been created yet, you need to go to Customers.
- If the customer is new, you need to create the customer first! This is how to create a customer in the Boyum Portal.
- If the customer already exists, you can create a new trial license.
- If the customer has an expired trial, please contact email@example.com and they will help activate it again.
API-KEY: Please note that every license has an API-key. If you create a trial for 20 users, the API-key will be the same. If you need different API-keys, you need to create separate CRMfO licenses. The respective licenses can be named individually, e.g. if you have different server names, subsidiaries etc. to make sure that the users are registered under the correct license.
