SAP/Boyum Issue - SQL Report grid are too small after resize of the window

[Legacy note] This version is not supported anymore, if you have this issue, please upgrade the B1UP installation.

NB: As far as we know this issue only appear on SAP 9.2 due to a bug/changed functionality

Steps to reproduce the Issue:

- Open a SQL Report

- Resize the SQL Report window (or maximize/minimize it)

The grid will now be very small in height (can't really see the data)

As it is not something SAP will change back we added a workaround for the issue in B1UP 2016.10 and higher.

UPDATE: 26th of June 2017: The workaround here have had a side-effect on SAP 9.1 Installations, This issue is resolved in B1UP 2017.07
