Supported document types

In Paperflow, we offer two types of voucher scanning:

Classification
We can classify which type a document is, whether it’s a normal invoice, a credit note, a picture of a dog etc.

Data extraction
We can extract data from the document and label the fields with our AI or Validated Scan.

 

The supported voucher types varies, depending on if vouchers are processed with or without validation. Further explanation in the section below.

Bank statements, monthly payments, and also regular statements of the account of any given time.

Transfers, both payable transactions in bank statements after purchased items, and transactions between banks also.

settlement

Settlement statement itemizes services and fees charged to the receiver from the supplier. It usually contains an estimate.

delivery note

Freight delivery notes (for warehouse matching)

Delivery notes received with goods. Normally used for matching received goods with order confirmations and invoices, to make sure the order details are correct

Anything else, that we couldn’t identify. It can be an invitation, contract, picture of a dog etc.

 

A collaboration between the system and validation will determine the voucher type, and mark the vouchers type as one of listed above.
