SCENARIO DESCRIPTION:
Occasionally, when you run the pool report, not all work orders are included in the pool list.
Here you can find some settings that you need to check in order to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Check if your user has rights for all the resources that you are using in the pool report:
2. Check the rights for running the pool report of the user:
3. Check that no work orders are blocked and are set to be scheduled automatically:
4. Check that you have enough lines defined in the configuration wizard:
5. Check that you DO NOT have the following parameter set, as this will limit the number of work orders on the display:
6. Check that you have not defined a pool limit on the resource:
7. Finally, check your settings in the Configuration wizard:
