If the database is not showing up in the database selection screen, check the following:
- The database is set up in the Boyum Portal
- The database has the correct details set in the Boyum Portal
- The database is set to active in the Boyum Portal
- The user is in the correct user group in the Boyum Portal to access the database
- The database is not set as the "Default settings" -database in the license configuration as this will hide the database from the selection screen
