Error message	Resolution
The user ID is locked in SAP Business One.	Check that you entered the correct user ID. If the problem persists, contact your SAP Business One administrator.
The entered SAP Business One credentials are incorrect.	Check that you entered the correct user ID and password. If the problem persists, contact your SAP Business One administrator.
The user ID was deleted from SAP Business One.	Contact your SAP Business One administrator.
The SAP Business One password has expired.	Update your password in SAP Business One or contact your SAP Business One administrator.
Database credentials of the Boyum Cloud Apps synchronization are incorrect.	For details on the Boyum Cloud Apps system setup, see Set up Boyum Cloud Apps in the Boyum Portal.
An unknown error occurred while logging in to SAP Business One.	Contact your SAP Business One administrator.
