With SAP's newly released SAP Business One 10 FP2111, there seems to be an unannounced breaking change in the related Crystal Report Runtime version (13.0.31.4010) in that the backend files have been moved to another location in the file structure + the raw files have been changed.
In order to continue working with Crystal reports and beas, please do the following:
- Please download and extract the files contained in the attachment to this article
- Replace the files located in C:\Program Files\beas software\beas\crystalviewer_x64 with the ones extracted at step 1
Note: Please close all Boyum.CrystalViewer running processes, in case it's still doesn't work and then try again
This is fixed in beas 2022.02 and later.

Hi Patrik,
I could not export to PDF document directly from Print preview. Error occurred 'Error connecting to CrystalRuntime-Library 11,12,13.
Crystal Reports viewer is working, But export to PDF doesnot work (installed Adobe PDF reader and Foxit PDF reader)
