SAP DI-API Error "100000085 - "Add-on has already logged on with the same account in..."

What is the reason for this error?

The SAP user you try to log in with has been used to log in too many places (Explained in this SAP Note: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1815509)

How to fix it?

Please reduce the number of places that use the specific username and password, or if not logged in, please try and restart the SAP License Server (it sometimes gets "stuck" and does not record previous logouts.)
