SAP DI-API Error "100000055 - B1 License Error User is locked; contact your administrator"

What is the reason for this error?

The SAP user you try to log in with is locked (Done on purpose or too many wrong Password attempts)

How to fix it?

Please log into the B1 Client and under Administration > Setup > General > Users find the user and mark them as not locked. Then try again in the server-component
