Dashboard connection error: Cannot find a matching libadonetHDB.dll with version x.x.xx - check

While launching the B1 Dashboards (this can also happen on our other products, and the troubleshooting steps are the same), you might end up with the error shown below: 

Cannot find a matching libadonetHDB.dll with version x.x.xx - check

The error indicates that the 32bit HANA drivers for this version are not installed or the HANA drivers installed for 32-bit are older than the one installed for 64-bit. Please also note that SAP Client is able to run with only 64-bit drivers, but HANA itself requires both bit versions installed.

HANA drivers need to be installed with "Run as administrator" -privileges.

In order to check what version needs to be installed, check it from the HANA Studio:

When you know the correct driver, you can download the correct version (32bit) from the SAP downloads:

After installing the correct version, restart the SAP Client and the error should disappear.
