Dashboard connection error: Cannot find libADONETHDB.dll

While launching the B1 Dashboards (this can also happen on our other products, and the troubleshooting steps are the same), you might end up with the error shown below:

This usually happens due to the lack of 32-bit HANA drivers or corruption in the machine you get the error from. To fix the issue, please install 32-bit HANA drivers (the same version as the 64-bit drivers) in the machine you get the error in.

HANA drivers need to be installed with "Run as administrator" -privileges.

Based on our investigation, it seems that SAP version 10 is able to run with only 64-bit drivers installed, but HANA itself requires the 32-bit drivers too. The problem can also occur if there's corruption in the 64-bit drivers, so if installing the 32-bit drivers doesn't fix the issue, try reinstalling the 64-bit drivers.

In order to check what version needs to be installed, check it from the HANA Studio:
