Beas: How to print from web app

• we will show how to print documents from Beas web app
• for printing from web app is neccessary to have configured location

Solution

1. Create location
   • Beas - administration (extra) - system initialization - work station setting wizard
   • tab contact - field location click on Beas button and create new
     
     
     
     
   • set name and printer = default
     
     
     
     
2. Activate location for Beas service
   • open Beas manage server - program groups - setup terminal  
     
     
     
     
   • choose app setup - basic setting - field location - choose optional or mandatory
     
     
     
     
3. Set admin user for Beas service
   • services - choose Beas service- right mouse click - properties - tab logon
   • insert admin user and password
   • in beas 9.3 Use the local system account
     
     
4. Choose report for your apps
   • open Beas manage server - program groups - setup terminal  
     
     
     
     
   • choose your app - app setup - tab setup - web version - choose crystal
     
     
   • tab Crystal - choose your document
