The basket serves as a space where users can collect and manage their selected item information and assets before downloading.
Add to/remove from Basket
Products and digital assets can be conveniently added to the basket directly from the list view by clicking the basket icon.
You can also add all items shown in the list view or remove all items in the basket in one go by clicking one of the buttons below:

This icon shows you how many items you currently have in your basket:
Click it to open your basket:
Download from basket
In the “Download files” dialog, which pops up after you have clicked “Download,” you can customize your download preferences as described below:
- Data language (required)
- Desired image format, type, and size
Note: If your Content Store has Terms & Conditions configured, you must accept them before you can download any assets.

Terms & Conditions
After having confirmed your choice, accepted the T&C and having clicked “Download” you can choose between the following options:
- Data languages: select which language(s) the product data should be included in.
- Image type: choose the image format for downloads. Defaults to Original.
- Image size: choose the image resolution for downloads. Defaults to Original.
Downloading your files
When downloading, you have two options:
- Download directly: Instantly download the files to your device.

Send by email: Send the Download Package to one or more recipient emails in a single request, so others can access the files without needing to log in themselves.
Zip-file
The zip file contains all selected product data and associated digital assets. It is structured as follows:
- Excel Sheet: The zip file includes an Excel sheet that provides comprehensive product data, including relevant references to the assets. This enables easy integration of product information into other systems or workflows.
- Files & Images: All digital assets (such as images, documents, etc.) are included in separate folders within the zip file, organized for easy access. Each asset is named and referenced appropriately, ensuring a smooth and efficient use of the data and files.
