Collections let you group items together for easy access and sharing.

- Choose how to save it: In the Save Collection dialog, select one of the following options:
- New personal collection: Save a collection of content as a collection.
- New shared collection: A collection that can be shared with others in your organization.
- Add to existing collection: Add the selected items to a collection you've already created.
- Name your collection and save.
Your collection is now ready to view, share, or add to at any time.
Open the Share collection menu
- On a Collection page, click Share in the toolbar.
- This opens the Share collection panel.
Choose an access option
- Direct download: The recipient gets a link straight to a zip file containing the selected items and assets, the same as downloading from your Basket today.
- Dynamic collection: The recipient gets a link that opens Content Store in a restricted view, showing only the items in the shared Collection. From there they can browse and download the assets they need themselves, rather than receiving everything as one zip file.
Anyone with the link can open it and download from it, no login required. This works the same way sharing a link already does today, the link itself is what grants access, so only send it to whoever you want to have that access.
Note: Your Direct link stays greyed out with a "Fill in access details" placeholder until you've filled in what's required and clicked Share, at which point the real link appears and can be copied.
For Direct download, the following fields are unique:
- Data languages: select which language(s) the product data should be included in.
- Image type: choose the image format for downloads. Defaults to Original.
- Image size: choose the image resolution for downloads. Defaults to Original.

- Email addresses: Optionally add one or more recipients, comma separated. Content Store will send the share link directly to these addresses.
- Add description: An optional note (up to 250 characters) shown to your recipient for context.

Under Link expires, pick the date the share link should stop working.

- If you added Email addresses under Direct download or Dynamic collection, Content Store also sends the link directly to those recipients, you don not need to send it yourself.
What the recipients receive
- Direct download: A link straight to the zip file.
- Dynamic collection: A link into a restricted Content Store view showing only the shared Collection, where they can browse and download the assets they need, in the language, format, and resolution you've made available.
