You can access the Content Store using any modern web browser. The application link is defined during the setup process, and your organization's administrator will provide it to you. For further details, refer to the configuration section.

Content Stores can be publicly accessible or restricted to authorized users only, depending on the organization's preferences and requirements.

• Publicly Available: In this setup, anyone with the link can access the Content Store without needing to log in. This is ideal for sharing product information, marketing materials, or media assets with a wider audience.
• Restricted Access: For more controlled access, the Content Store can require user authentication. Only users with valid credentials will be able to view and download content. This is often used for sensitive or proprietary materials. In this case, you will be presented with a login page when you first open the application.
