The Produce / Manager Dashboard provides an overview of all major production parameters. It allows you to monitor and track the whole production process, including the status and priority of production orders, the activity of operators and the use of resources. In this way it also facilitates the management of the production backlog. The content in the Dashboard is refreshed automatically every 3 minutes.
Upon startup, Produce / Manager opens the Dashboard page by default. If you are in another part of the application, you can access it by selecting Dashboard from the main menu on the left.
The page contains several widgets / cards.
Production orders
The Production orders widget shows the number of approved production orders by status. The number on the top refers to total number of approved production orders which is calculated as those in statuses Approved + In progress + Completed.
The definitions for the chart's legend are as follows:
- Production orders that have no started operation.
- Production orders that have at least one operation in Started status.
(Partially completed) - Production orders that have at least one operation in Partially completed status and none of their operations is in Started status.
- Production orders that have all the operations in Completed status, but have not been finalized.
Missed start date / Due today
These two cards display the number of production orders that missed their specified Start date and have their Due date on the current day, respectively. When there are no such orders, the color of the cards is green. When some orders match the given criteria, the card colors change to red and yellow, respectively.
Clicking on the Missed start date link will display a list of production orders filtered for Production order start date < Current date (by default, the quick filter on top of the list is set to Not started orders only in this case). A production order is included in this list only if none of its operations have been started before or on the Start date of the whole order.
Clicking on the Due today link opens a tab listing the production orders filtered for Production order Due date = Current date. The filtering is performed for the Due dateof the whole production order; the End date settings of the individual operations are not considered. (In this case, the quick filter on top of the list is set to All orders by default).
