Creating personnel master data in Beas

If you create new personnel master data within SAP Business One, please make sure that the Beas-AddOn is started. In this case, you are asked if the new entry should be created in Beas, too:

If the Beas-AddOn is not started, you will find the new entry in personnel master data within SAP Business One but not in personnel master data within Beas.

To get this personnel master data (which you can find in SAP Business One but not in Beas) subsequently also within Beas, you can to the following:

• open personnel master data in SAP Business One
• change any field within personnel master data in SAP Business One
• press the button "Update"
• after this you will be asked the above displayed question once again
