This was introduce in the newly released B1UP 2015.04 .. In report action you now have Save as draft Save as Draft and display [NEW] Send directly

We already have the Account Balance feature that cover the same functionality as Ageing Report. Please take a look at that and if it is missing some features please let us know.

If you have a screen with the Reps and can list them in a SQL it is possible (but tricky to set up and at the very limit of what can be done in B1P&D) If the 40 reps are not really listen anywhere ...

The et_FORM_ACTIVATE is a quite expensive event (gives bad performance) and for that reason we have not exposed it to the B1 Validation System
