Typically at the beginning of the year, when the customer create new posting periods, and you want to post a document, you get an SAP error message:
SAP message: Posting period is locked; specify an alternative date
- Check the posting periods
- If you are sure the current period is open, please restart the Service Broker.
- Sometimes the DI API connection get stuck. This step will create a new SAP DI connection, and updates the periods.
