The ServiceBroker service always stops after starting.
A “Module load error” appears in the log file in the starting process of the ServiceBroker.
There are several reasons why the ServiceBroker cannot start the Produmes Scan server module.
Open the log file of the of the ServiceBroker and locate the error: “ERROR Module load error.”
The log file can be found in the following folder:
C:\ProgramData\BX\BX Service Broker\Logs
ProgramData is a hidden folder.
Check the real error in the error line.
Case 1
… System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid object name '@ ...
There are missing database objects. This can happen when the add-on hasn’t been started during a fresh installation or when you perform a version upgrade, and not all databases were upgraded yet.
These objects are generated by the Add-On. Start SAP in Run as Administrator mode, start the add-on. It will generate the necessary SQL objects. You must do this at every database that is added to ServiceBroker.
Case 2
… System.Exception: Connection to company failed: -132 Error during SBO user authentication …
This issue can happen when the connection details that are saved in the configuration are wrong.
Start the “Setup Companies…” function in Produmex Service Manager. Test the DB connection and then select the database on the left side. Press the Edit Companies icon. Configure the SBO User and the SBO password again.
Case 3
… System.Exception: Connection to company failed: -4009 Failed to connect SLD, make sure SLD server is correct and available …
This issue happens because of a local network/system issue. The SLD server is not available. Please check your environment.
