Things to check if your installation fails
- Check that you meet the installation requirements list in the Install Guide (part of the B1UP Download)
- Is the B1 Client Agent Service Running in Windows Services (without it we can't install it)?
- (If the service is not running and you can't start it there is most likely something wrong with the B1 Client (a B1 Client reinstall is recommended))
- Try and do a forced a re-install of the add-on
