Troubleshooting: Install / Upgrade / Uninstall

Here is a list of helpful articles should you have trouble with your installation:

Things to check if your installation fails

1. Check that you meet the installation requirements list in the Install Guide (part of the B1UP Download)
2. Is the B1 Client Agent Service Running in Windows Services (without it we can't install it)?
   • (If the service is not running and you can't start it there is most likely something wrong with the B1 Client (a B1 Client reinstall is recommended))
3. Try and do a forced a re-install of the add-on
