Q: Do you have E-learning for this feature?

Q: Why do you require the SBO10 FP2202 release of SAP to use this feature (The web-client extensions system came in FP2105)?
A: This is due to an SAP Bug that could in certain cases make the Web Client Crash when using extensions. You can see the details here 

Q: I installed an extension on a not support SAP version and now I get an error message when I log into the Web Client and all the Tiles are gone!
A: This is as mentioned above. You will need to contact SAP Support to get this fixed

Q: Can I control the version number of a Web-client extension?
A: No; to make the system easier to use and so you do not forget, we (Boyum) 100% control the version numbering of extensions (<year>.<month>.<build of that month>)

Q: Why can't I change the name of an Extension?
A: This is because the name is also the unique Id of the extension, so if changed, the ID will also change and SAP will not understand that it is the same add-on

Q: I created a tile as "Existing Window" and when clicked I get a white page with an error icon. Why is this?

A: This happens if the URL of the tile does not allow iFrames. Only webpages that allow this can be used with the "Existing Window" option... NB: Boyum Solutions can not help with fixing this!
