Release Highlights

A modern Perfion web client: The entire web client is now built on the Boyum design framework. The result is a modern-looking application with one consistent design and a long list of smaller improvements to the everyday experience while providing the same editing and keyboard navigation behavior everywhere.
Set your own theme color: Administrators can change Perfion's theme color. Use it to match your company branding, or to tell environments apart at a glance so no one mistakes the test environment for production.

Login options in the web client: Manage external login and multi-factor authentication directly in the web client.
Account lockout: Choose how many failed login attempts are allowed and how long an account stays locked afterwards.
Encryption at rest: System settings and remote connections are now stored encrypted in the database. Passwords in remote connection strings are also masked in the interface.
Encrypted SQL connections: TLS encryption between Perfion and SQL Server can now be configured in the Windows client and in the web client installer.
Supplier Portal password policies: Set length and complexity requirements for supplier user passwords.

Image preview everywhere: Click a thumbnail, or press Space, to see a larger preview in the grid, the item editor and the Factbox.
Change Log: Previous Values is now called Change Log. It shows the current value next to the history, and for multi-select features you can restore several previous values at once.
A redesigned item editor: The item editor has a refreshed design and handles data more efficiently. It only loads the data for the tab you select, so items open faster and switching between tabs is quicker.
Your languages, your order: Administrators set the default order of active languages, and each user can rearrange it in User Settings. The language you pick in the item editor is also remembered between sessions.
Number formatting: Choose the number of decimals and turn thousands separators on or off for number features. The full raw value is still shown while you edit.
Default values in every language: Set default values for localizable features in all active languages without switching data language.
Publishing parameters: Set publishing parameters when generating publications in the web client.

Failure alerts: Choose which users and groups get an email when a scheduled task fails.
Refresh multiple widgets in one job: Refresh any number of widgets from a single scheduled job instead of setting up one job per widget.
Scheduled log cleanup: Import, schedule, trigger and application server logs can be cleaned up automatically on a schedule.
Restart from the web: Administrators can restart the Perfion Application Server directly from the client.

Parallel or sequential imports: Choose whether imports run side by side or one at a time.
Export for reimport: Exports now use the new importer format.
OData remotes with complex data: OData remotes can read array and object values, such as SAP price lists.
ECommerce API variant context: Variants can have their own View and Filter Search.
API versioning: The Perfion REST API is now versioned. Existing endpoints stay compatible and are served as v1.
Export feature configuration via Actions: Feature definitions and configuration can be exported to Excel from an Action.

Control who can import: Decide per organization or per user whether suppliers can use Import Data.
Filter by value: Right-click a grid cell to filter by its value.

API authentication is now mandatory: The SecureApiService web.config option has been removed, so every PerfionAPIService caller has to authenticate. If you have integrations that call the API without authentication, update them before you upgrade.
ECommerce API: The Setup and GetSetup methods have been removed.
