IP address change on October 14, 2026

Dear Valued Customer/Partner,

We have been notified that the Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) cluster currently hosting Cloud Apps must be migrated to a new AKS cluster on October 14, 2026. Unfortunately, this means that the public IP addresses used by Cloud Apps will change on that day.

In order to avoid service disruptions, in preparation for the migration, depending on the geographical region you work in, please make sure your IT Team adds the following IP addresses to your firewall whitelist:

• Western Europe: 52.142.218.27
• North America: 20.63.65.173
