Q: Where can I see the Hardware requirements for the product?
A: Hardware requirements are documented in our Install Guides (Addon install guide and the Server Component install guide) that is included in the downloads

Q: The details in the install guides are rather sparse. Do you have more context to get the exact requirements?
A: Hardware requirements and what is good enough hardware is a very subjective subject (hence the reason for it being a bit vague). Requirements are always minimum requirements but there will never be a way to give a one size fits all. Here are some examples why:

• If you are a company with 10 users you will need fewer resources than a company with 100 users
  • Users might not even be a good enough indicator;  You can be a company with 5 SAP users that have automation that sends out 10.000 invoices via automation and this automation surely requires more server resources than any guide for a 5 user setup
• How fast is fast enough? For some, it is OK that a screen open in 2 seconds, for others it is not, so given it is subjective min. hardware requirements might not even be good enough in your personal mind [a good analogy is computer games; while you can run a game on min. hardware gives you longer load-times, worse graphics, and less draw-distance; can it be played? Yes!, but is it enjoyable to play like this? Perhaps not] 

Q: So the is no one size fits all. How can I then know?
A: A good rule of thumb is that if you are happy with the performance of your SAP Business One setup, adding our product will not really impact that (while we do require resources, in normal scenarios we are not a big overhead to the overall system). Also remember that you can try our product before you buy so trying it out is at no extra cost to you.
