If you receive an error similar to the one shown below, the most likely cause is your Cybersource certificate being corrupted
Usually there will be further details in the error message itself, but if that is not the case, we suggest you try re-importing the certificate as well as verifying the credentials are correct.
If this does not solve the issue, please go to your Cybersource account to create a new certificate, which you then import in place of the old one.
