I get an error message about invalid or missing fields, how do I solve this?
Sadly, the error messages returned by Cybersource regarding request-fields are rather poor. It might mention that a specific field is missing, but it often happens that it specifies the wrong field missing.
The error is usually caused by incorrect setup in your Cybersource account, so please make sure that you've followed the steps in the manual correctly.
If this does not resolve your issue, please contact Cybersource to get the actual request. This will help us determine which field is actually missing, in case Cybersource can't tell you the actual cause.
