Client:
- Uninstall the CRM for Outlook client from the Control Panel (in older Windows versions) or Settings panel (in newer Windows versions).
- Go to "C:\Program Files\Boyum IT"
- Delete the "CRM for Outlook" folder there (if present.)
- (Optional) If you want to delete all settings as well go to "%appdata%\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook" and delete everything there.
Server:
- Uninstall the CRM for Outlook server from the Control Panel (in older Windows versions) or Settings panel (in newer Windows versions).
- Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook Server" (if present)
- (Optional) Make a backup of "Subscriptions.xml" if you want to keep your subscription on the computer for a future reinstallation without needing to re-download from the Portal
- Delete every file in the folder
