Summary
 
This release primarily focuses on bug fixes and usability improvements across Produmex WMS, with the goal of making daily warehouse operations more stable and predictable.

Highlight

Support scanning of multiple SSCCs when receiving Identical Logistic Units - Documentation

• Produmex WMS now supports improved handling of supplier SSCC labels when receiving Identical Logistic Units. When receiving Identical Logistic Units, the operator can scan multiple supplier SSCC labels. The system stores each unique scanned SSCC and assigns it to a separate logistic unit. If fewer SSCC labels are scanned than required, the operator can either scan the remaining labels or let the system generate SSCCs automatically for the missing units.
   
• Duplicate scans are ignored, ensuring correct traceability for all received units.

Updates

Consolidate serial-numbered picklist lines in Mobile Packing

• Improved serial number handling in Mobile Packing. Previously, serial numbers from different picklist lines had to be entered separately, even if they shared all other attributes.
   
• In Mobile Packing, serial-numbered items that share the same batch, BBD, second batch, and quality status can now be entered in a single step. The system automatically sums the quantities of the grouped picklist lines and displays all picked serial numbers together, improving packing efficiency.

SQL Performace improvement at Adhoc Picking Flow

• The Adhoc Picking flow has been optimized for customers using SQL Server with standard system configuration. This enhancement improves system performance by optimizing how picking-relevant locations and items are retrieved during the picking process.

  • Reduced performance bottlenecks in large or high-activity warehouse environments
  • Improved responsiveness for SQL Server customers
  • No setup changes required when using standard configuration
