End of Life Announcement – B1 iPayment

(Effective December 31st, 2025)

As previously shared, B1 iPayment will officially reach End of Life on 31 December 2025, with the end of maintenance and support also taking effect on the same date. After this point, Boyum IT will no longer provide updates or support for the product as part of our broader strategy to focus on future-ready and value-driven solutions.

However, in response to partner feedback and to support a smoother transition, the web-based infrastructure used by B1 iPayment to connect with payment gateways for token generation will remain accessible until 31 December 2026. While this allows customers to continue using this functionality during the transition period, please be aware that it is not supported and we cannot guarantee consistent performance or uninterrupted access. We recommend using this time to implement a suitable replacement solution.

We strongly recommend using this extended window to complete migration planning and help your customers transition away from B1 iPayment. During this time, our team remains available to provide technical documentation and support related to the transition. Additionally, we will issue credit notes for any unused subscription period remaining beyond the End-of-Life date, issued on behalf of your customers.
