When data is loaded into the VPS, it undergoes several stages of processing before the visualization is rendered and the user can begin working with it.
Especially when large volumes of data are being loaded or reloaded, the process can take some time, often leaving users uncertain about whether the application is still functioning. To improve transparency and user confidence during loading, we have introduced a new information window that:
- Confirms that the system is actively processing, indicating that the extension has not crashed
- Displays the volume of data being loaded, helping explain potential delays
- Provides an estimate of the duration, giving users an idea of how long they might need to wait
- Supports our team during customer training and support cases by offering insight into the customer's environment.
