Understand/Schedule - KPIs, highlight, filtering

Show KPI

Click the Show KPI toggle switch (in a red frame below) to add a band on top of your plan that contains key performance indicators (KPIs), a list of parameters before and after an interaction, as well as the difference between those values.

Highlight

The Highlight dropdown (in red frame below) allows you to select among condition sets that you want to to use to color certain bars in your plan. The colors to be used for the options in the dropdown are defined under Settings - Color schemes.

In our example, we have selected the option Waiting times which highlights the tasks (operations) having waiting times in blue.

Filtering

The filter panel under the Understand/Schedule menu item (in red frame) is a powerful feature that allows you to narrow down your Gantt chart to the bars that meet the conditions of your choice.

The panel consists of two dropdowns. In the first one, you can select a job field (which can also be a custom field). Then, in the second dropdown you can pick the value of the field that you want to narrow down your plan to.

In the example below, we have selected the field Job Name and production order #223 as its value to filter for. As a result, our plan only shows the bars for that job.

If you specified custom filters, you need to select the option CustomFilter from the upper dropdown. Then you can pick the custom filter of your choice in the lower dropdown, as shown below.
