Resource usage
If your ERP system is SAP Business One, the Setup time and Planned time of resources are displayed based on the bill of materials in SAP Business One. Completed time is the time that has already been registered in Produce / Operator for the operation.
For details on the synchronization of resource time information between Produce / Manager, Produce / Operator and SAP Business One, you may want to read Synchronization of resource capacity / usage between Cloud Apps and SAP Business One. Your can also study a comparative table of resource time concepts used in Cloud Apps and SAP Business One.
Material management
Items on the bill of materials that are managed by batches, serial numbers or bin location have a > sign beside the item code. Clicking on the > sign will display the data related to batches, serial numbers and bin locations.
For each material item, you can see the direct stock (i.e. the quantity that is available at the warehouse defined in the operation plan) and the total stock (i.e. the quantity that is available in all warehouses).
If a batch has an expiration date, then it is also displayed. For expired batches, the expiration date is shown in red font, with a warning sign:
Batches and serial numbers are sorted and displayed by creation date (oldest first). Expired batches are listed at the bottom of the batch details table.
Produce / Operator technically allows you to issue materials from expired batches. It is your company's policy that will have the last word on this.
