Login to Produce / Operator

The first time when you need to log into a database in the Produce / Operator module, a user who has license to the given database will have to provide their username and password for authentication. This can be your manager or system administrator.

Once this first authentication is done, you can simply log into Produce / Operator by entering your card number.

Operator master data, including the card number, can be set up in the Produce / Manager module.

If your ERP system is SAP Business One, no SAP license is required for operators to use Produce / Operator. However, they do need full authorization to the SAP Business One objects they work with. For the list of SAP Business One objects used in communication with Cloud Apps, click here.
