Before starting the first synchronization, make sure that you consult the performance recommendations.
Log in to Cloud Apps and choose the database that you have just installed.
The first time you select a database in the given Cloud Apps application, the related data must be synchronized with SAP Business One. If you have the necessary license to the given application, the Begin synchronization button is displayed.
During the database synchronization, data is copied from SAP Business One to the given Cloud Apps application. (For the list of the data objects, click here.) Depending on the amount of data in the database, this can take some time.
It can happen that the progress does not change for extended periods of time, especially in the case of large databases.
The synchronization runs in the background. If you close the browser window, log in again and select the database, then the synchronization status is displayed.
When the synchronization is complete, you can start using the given Cloud Apps application with the database.
After installation, some data from SAP Business One is continuously synchronized with the given Cloud Apps application. For the different Cloud Apps applications separate synchronizations need to be started. For details, see Synchronization with SAP Business One - Continuous synchronization.
