Unable to see "Add Help Information"

After upgrading to the latest version, Use Help Information was automatically activated by default in Toolbox configuration, but I'm unable to see "Add Help Information" on any screens.

In such a scenario, you need to activate the "System Information" -option under the Data -menu. After this, the option to add help information will appear.
