The Advanced Budget module, made with the B1Usability Package, simplifies the process of creating and managing annual budgets by cost centers. It also offers flexibility to tailor the system to your business needs, providing validation controls within expense workflows to help prevent budget overruns.
Two Authorization Flows:
- Global Authorization: Approvals happen at a global level (Purchase Request document).
- Line-Level Authorization: Approvals are made by line item (Purchase Order document), with internal and email notifications sent to users.
