Finding eventlogs

This article explains where event logs for CRM for Outlook is located. For eventlogs to the other Boyum Add-ons, please see this article

Versions from 1.0.67 and forward:

Server:

The server event-log can be found by going to one of the following folders:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook Server\Eventlog\Eventlog.txt

or

C:\Program Files\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook Server\Eventlog\Eventlog.txt

Client:

The client event-log can be found by doing the following:

Press the Start menu and add %appdata% in the search field - this will bring you to the Roaming folder:

\Roaming\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook\Eventlog\Eventlog.txt

Versions up to 1.0.65:

Server:

The server event-log can be found by going to one of the following folders:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook Server\Eventlog\Eventlog.xml

or

C:\Program Files\Boyum IT\CRM for Outlook Server\Eventlog\Eventlog.xml

 
Client:

The client event-log can be found by doing the following:

Press the Start menu and add %appdata% in the search field - this will bring you to the Roaming folder:
