Issue

When trying to run a batch calculation, it is asking for a password. you enter your password and it says "wrong password".

Solution

1. Set user and password in Configuration wizard and test the connection - when it's successful, please try again.

2. Check the user in work station setting wizard

3. Untick 'As Service' in the Batch Calculation scenario.

If it was already unchecked, please activate it again, save, untick, save again.
