A right-click menu item is not shown - what do I do?

Right-click menu items are shown based on various requirements for the document you're trying to invoke it on. If the menu item is not showing correctly, please verify that the requirements are met.

 

Authorize

The authorize right-click menu item is shown all the time, provided that you have authorization enabled on the document type you're right-clicking on and Use Credit Card is enabled.

Authorization for each document type can be enabled/disabled in the configuration:

 

Settle

The settle right-click item is shown when the following conditions are met:

  • The document is either not associated with iPayment yet (direct settlement) or has been authorized earlier (settle authorization)
  • The document is open
  • Credit card is enabled and the currency of the document is ok to work with

 

Refund

The refund right-click item is shown when the following conditions are met:

To refund a previously settled document

  • The document has a Settled status in iPayment
  • The document must not have been settled using a manual incoming payment

If an incoming payment has been created, you should have a refund option available on the incoming payment instead.
