Beas PL04 HANA problem with update or installation

  • Here you can see solution when you will install Beas PL04 for HANA
  • Usually behaviour is that you don't see any DB or when you click on "test and save" you will get this error

  • Open c:/program data(hidden folder)/Beas/
  • here you will see file Beas.ini - edit this file
  • Insert or edit value => 

    ODBCNAME=BEAS_HANA

Then test it again and it should be running.

    I installed today beas 9.3 PL 0 for HANA on a completly fresh installation and this problem does still exist...
