Display distorted

My B1UP screens are distorted. I tried changing font size and resolution, but couldn't fix it completely. Please see screenshot below: 

Anyone knows how to fix this?

  Hi Dave,

  Suggest you first confirm that there is no Item Placement Tool definitions for the B1 Validation Configuration screen.  (When you right-click and selected 'Edit Item Placement' on the Validation Configuration screen, it should launch the IPT in Add mode.) 

  Also since you're on version 9.3 please confirm that the font size is 10 and the font style is Tahoma in the Font tab of General Settings, and that both font style and font size are blank in the User - Setup screen.

  If the problem still happens after that then you might try running 'Reload configurations' on the Admin --> Add-Ons --> B1 Usability Package menu.
