Pre-assign when choosing absence

When selecting a date on the personal calendar window for setting an absence the edit-windows jumps back to the system date. Isn´t easy to copy from the calendar the date to the edit window?

It is not nice to set the date when setting the anual holiday absence for a company of 70 people…...

Nice to have: A selected absence timeslot to be copied to the edit window.
