How to disable the ipayment - Create Support Ticket Data option from Documents for users

Most of our customers are using both B1 UP and B1 iPayment add-ons.

 On the Sales Order or A/R Invoice you see there an option to right click on the document and select Create support ticket which pop up the System message "Generate log file for support ticket" with Yes or No button.

 We wanted to be able to  disable this option and also be able to remove from the right click menu or stop the pop up appears for certain users.

 Can you take care of adding functionality to the product?

  Hi Maddy,

  You can't remove the option completely, but you can block the click with B1UP.
