Q: What are Kanban Boards from B1 Usability Package?
A: The Kanban Boards give you the option to see your SAP Data in Kanban form (A Kanban board is a visualization tool similar to an advanced Todo-list, but instead of todo-items, it shows your SAP Data like opportunities and service-Calls). You can see an introduction to the feature here:

Q: Where can I use Kanban Boards?
A: We offer them 2 places

1. As B1 Dashboard Widgets
2. As a Universal Function

Q: Are the Kanban Boards customizable?
A: Yes, Please see this E-Learning playlist on how customization works

Q: Can I use data from Other Add-ons?
A: Yes, as long as you can write the SQL needed. It will however only be a read-only version of a kanban board (see below question on Drag/Drop)

Q: Can I make my own Drag/Drop Actions (to custom data)?
A: No, Only Boyum can add new Drag/Drop actions.

Q: Can I make custom navigation (decide what happens when I double-click a kanban card)?

Q: Is the Kanban Boards Available in the B1 Web Dashboard?
A: No, we do not have the feature available outside the B1 Client
