Job Planning Lines created after the use of "Split Job Planning Line" did not behave properly.
- These Job Planning Lines will now have the right resource description set when moved to another resource.
- These Job Planning Lines will now have the correct interaction when they are linked to other elements and are moved directly after creation in a way that would trigger a scheduling interaction.
These Job Planning Lines will now have the correct behavior when saved and interacted with directly afterwards.
