How to create manually QC order with zero quantity

Details:

Beas allowed creating QC order with zero quantity manually before 2020 versions and it has been removed from the standard functionality.

As workaround, copy the attached file "qc_auftrage_new.src" into the project folder. 
The attached customization creates a new button Create Order No Qty that allows to create a QC with no Qty.
